New DULE system® bilateral units in Lepe (Huelva)
Continuing its significant national expansion, PALVI is increasing its presence in Andalusia with a new implementation in the municipality of Lepe (Huelva), supplying its innovative and technologically advanced DULE System®—a single-operator, automatic bilateral collection system.
The units were acquired by the urban services company FCC MEDIO AMBIENTE SA, the winning bidder for the "Domestic Waste Collection, Ecopark Management, and Mechanized Street Cleaning Service for the Municipality of Lepe."
The equipment supplied by PALVI for this new deployment consists of 5 complete automatic bilateral collection bodies, mounted on their respective 3-axle chassis, each comprising:
•    1 latest-generation ALPA12-KG robotic manipulator.
•    1 OPTIMA 22S51 hooklift system.
•    1 CMS-20-DS mobile or interchangeable collector.
All components are manufactured and assembled at PALVI's facilities in Agramunt (Lleida). Being fully integrated technically, they ensure seamless coordination and functionality, meeting the highest demands for power, speed, and productivity in container collection.
The commissioning of this innovative DULE System® in Lepe—a municipality with approximately 29,000 residents, the most populous after the provincial capital, and a booming tourism sector—represents a firm commitment to cutting-edge waste collection technology. This system ensures total integration into the urban environment and provides more sustainable and efficient management. It will enhance recycling and selective waste recovery while limiting emissions, noise levels, and the carbon footprint.
By implementing automatic bilateral collection, the achievement of environmental goals and the image of a modern, advanced city contribute to greater citizen satisfaction.
